The Vision

Hi, I’m Megan Roche, founder of Crow Hill HR.

I started this firm because I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin—being in a million places at once, trying to grow your business while still owing your employees the things they deserve: a beautifully written handbook, a complete benefits package, and a comprehensive training plan. All of this, while struggling to build a team because the talent pool seems to have dried up.

At Crow Hill HR, I take those responsibilities off your plate. I provide customized HR solutions that meet the needs of small businesses like yours, from recruiting top talent and designing benefits packages to ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You can trust me to handle your HR needs because I’ve been in your shoes. Over the past decade, I’ve held leadership roles where I managed teams, ran a small business, and tackled the challenges of balancing operations, staff, and growth. I also bring the discipline, adaptability, and teamwork I learned during my six years in the United States Navy, where I proudly served as a Fire Controlman aboard the USS Pearl Harbor during two deployments.

I complement my real-world experience with a strong educational foundation: an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Human Resources from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The College of William & Mary.
